Clinical Supervision

At Story Space Clinical Psychology, Lauren Fricker offers clinical supervision for health professionals at all stages of their careers. Supervision aims to be collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your professional needs, with a focus on enhancing self-awareness, confidence, and clinical decision-making.

Lauren particularly enjoys working with supervisees to explore complex or “stuck” cases, deepen understanding of client presentations, and develop clear, evidence-based formulations. Sessions draw on reflective practice, case discussion, and relevant therapeutic frameworks to support growth in both skill and professional insight.

Who supervision is for

  • Registered psychologists, provisional psychologists, and other qualified mental health practitioners

  • Those looking to strengthen clinical reasoning, self-awareness, and confidence in practice

  • Practitioners seeking guidance on challenging or complex client cases with adults

My approach is grounded in collaboration, warmth, and evidence-based practice. Together, we create a safe space to reflect on your work, identify patterns, and build practical strategies that enhance your clinical effectiveness and professional development.
