Fees and Rebates

Individual Therapy and Online Therapy

At Story Space, I offer individual clinical psychology sessions for adults, designed to support meaningful change.

Session Fees:

  • Standard (50-60 minutes): $270

Medicare rebates:

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan and a referral from your GP or psychiatrist, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $145.25 per session (maximum 10 sessions per calendar year), leaving a gap of $124.75 for a standard session weekdays.

Private Health Insurance:

You may also be eligible to claim sessions with your private health fund. Rebate amounts and conditions depend on your provider and your level of cover. Contact your private health fund to find out more.

Cancellations & late arrivals:
I understand that life can be unpredictable. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid fees.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of session fee

  • Missed sessions (Did Not Attend, DNA): 100% of session fee

  • If you are running late, please let me know. Medicare requires sessions to meet a minimum length for rebates, and arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may count as a DNA.

Payment:
Payment is required on the day of your appointment.

Clinical Supervision

Hourly rate: $220 + GST

At Story Space, I offer clinical supervision to psychologists at all stages of their career. I aim to create a supportive, accessible, and reflective space where learning and growth are central. Together, we explore cases that feel “stuck,” deepen awareness of your clinical practice, and develop practical strategies to strengthen your work.

I valueshared learning and professional curiosity, and fees may be flexible depending on your experience and circumstances. Supervision is not eligible for Medicare rebates.
