Individual Therapy
At Story Space, I provide psychological therapy for adults aged 18 years and over. My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded — together we explore what’s keeping you stuck, clarify what matters most to you, and build practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change. I aim to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and empowered to move forward at a pace that feels manageable.
Who I Work With
I support adults (18+) who are experiencing:
Trauma, including PTSD and Complex PTSD
Anxiety and ongoing stress
Depression or persistent low mood
Life transitions and adjustment difficulties
Low self-worth or confidence
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain of direction
Relationship and interpersonal challenges
Difficulties with boundaries, anger or emotional regulation
A desire for personal growth and greater clarity
I draw on evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, Imagery Rescripting, ACT, and Schema Therapy–informed work. These are integrated thoughtfully to suit your needs, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
When Another Service May Be More Appropriate
Some concerns are best supported through more specialised or intensive services. I am not able to provide treatment for:
Severe eating disorders
Situations involving active domestic violence
Alcohol or substance use disorders requiring specialist care
Acute suicidal crisis or high-risk presentations
If this applies, I may be able to help connect you with appropriate supports.
